What You’ll Love About This Role
- Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential
(Typical full-time range based off of 25 sessions per week: $65,000-75,000+ depending on caseload and schedule) - Flexible scheduling – create a schedule that works for your life

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Collaborate with other providers and support systems as needed
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
Who You Are
- Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent in Wisconsin)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program
- Comfortable working with a diverse client population
- Organized, timely with documentation, and able to maintain appropriate clinical boundaries
- Open to collaboration and being part of a team-oriented culture
